Request for Public Comment on Issuance of Emission Reduction Credits by December 21, 2023

NOTIFICATION OF PRELIMINARY DECISION AND REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT ON MONTEREY BAY AIR RESOURCES DISTRICT PROPOSED ISSUANCE OF A BANKING CERTIFICATE FOR EMISSION REDUCTION CREDITS PURSUANT TO RULE 215

The Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) solicits written public comments on the initial preliminary decision to issue a banking certificate for emission reduction credits (ERCs) to Hahn Estate dba Hahn Family Wines.

The ERC banking certificate will be for 3.00 tons per year of volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Written comments on this decision will be reviewed and considered for not less than thirty (30) days following the publication of this notice. Written comments can be emailed to Mary Giraudo at mgiraudo@mbard.org or submitted to the address below and postmarked by December 21, 2023.
