Notice of Public Hearing to Adopt Revisions to Regulation VI Procedure Before the Hearing Board on December 20, 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Monterey Bay Air Resources District (MBARD) to hear the following action:

Adoption of Revisions to MBARD Regulation VI Procedure Before the Hearing Board

Date: December 20, 2023

Time: 1:30 PM

Place: Monterey Bay Air Resources District Office, Boardroom, 3rd Floor

24580 Silver Cloud Court, Monterey, California

Interested parties are invited to submit written comments and to attend and participate at the hearing. The meeting will also be available via Zoom. Please check back one week before the Board meeting for the Zoom link on the agenda.

Written comments must be received no later than 4:45 PM on Monday December 11, 2023 to ensure inclusion in the Board adoption package. Public comment will also be heard at the hearing.
